Shipping Information

Items usually take about 4-10 weeks for domestic orders to be completed and shipped. Each order is individual, so please allow plenty of time before event date. 

If you need a rush order, please email us a request prior to placing your order to be sure that we can accommodate the custom request. Rush fees will apply. Currently international customers are not eligible for rush orders. International orders can take an additional 2 weeks for shipping. 

All orders will ship via USPS Priority Mail, unless other arrangements have been made with Helena Noelle.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS, PLEASE NOTE: We welcome and appreciate all International orders; however, Helena Noelle™ cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed packages. Import Duties, taxes, and charges (typically collected upon delivery or pickup) are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping charges. Please check with your country's customs office prior to buying to determine what these additional costs will be. USPS Priority Mail shipping typically takes 6-10 business days; however, HelenaNoelle is not responsible for custom delays.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade nature and custom work on each piece, ALL PIECES ARE FINAL SALE. We are more than happy to assist you prior to your purchase to answer any questions you may have of any of the designs. Please read the detailed descriptions of each product before purchasing any items. If you have any questions please connect with us and submit a contact form here

Please choose your items carefully and ask any questions before purchasing. We currently cannot accept refunds/exchanges at this time.

In the unlikely event of an item(s) arriving damaged, we will happily fix those (Please provide photo(s)); please send us an email within 2 days of receiving the designs and specific information will be given to you regarding instructions on returning the design(s). It is strongly recommended that returns are sent back with insurance and tracking. No refunds will be made on items lost in the mail. 

Taxes and duties incurred by international customers are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Rush order fees are to pay for a service provided and are non-refundable.
